Qin Huai River

We visited Confucius Temple during night. It was very beautiful. The Qin Huai River flows around the temple. There were boats with red and yellow lights. If you want to get on the boat you’ll have to wait a long line.

A Two Dragons Playing One Dragon Ball screen caught my attention. It had two dragons moving in place. There was also a large wooden gate which has two golden roofs on top of each other.

Finally, we arrived at the gate which had a rectangular stone that said Nanjing Confucius Temple.






I tried some duck blood tofu soup. It was spicy. My mom liked it so much that she waited for 16 years to try it again.  It was boring to me because I had to wait for some time to cool it down! Confucius Temple was fun.

Confucius Temple was a wonderful sight along the Qinhuai River. I saw a stone carving, two dragons playing with one dragon ball. It even glowed, so did all the boats! What a great view.
